Carolynn created a warm, inclusive atmosphere that encouraged meaningful participation and connection. From activities that got us up on our feet and meeting new people, to moments of reflection like thinking about providing positive feedback to others on daily basis, the session fostered both positivity and thoughtful discussion. Her ability to blend practical leadership insights with interactive elements made the experience memorable and impactful.
